Тема. Test on Writing

Цель: проконтролировать уровень грамматических навыков учащихся; формировать навыки употребления новых ЛО в устной речи учащихся в грамматических структурах Present и Past Simple Tenses; научить учащихся правильного употребления английских модальных глаголов и фраз наполнения; способствовать развитию логического и критического мышления; развивать наблюдательность и познавательный интерес к изучению английского языка.

III. Основная часть урока

a) Report the following sentences (1 point).

· John said, “We shall have a grammar test tomorrow”.

· George said, “I have written the composition in time”.

· Suzan said, “Larry travelled to France last summer”.

b) Use the proper articles instead of the gaps (0,5 point).

· Many distinguished people of Britain studied at Eton.

· Asia is larger than Europe.

· She wanted to know if she would take - part in - competions.

c) Read and choose the correct verbs in the sentences (0,5 point).
