Тема. Домашнее чтение «Золушка». Грамматика употребление форм Present Continuous для выражения будущих действий
Цель:
· формировать грамматические и лексические навыки учащихся по теме;
· совершенствовать навыки чтения и неподготовленного ММ и ДМ учащихся;
· способствовать развитию навыков критического и логического мышления, объективной оценки событий и явлений окружающей среды;
· воспитывать познавательный интерес к изучению английского языка.
ХОД УРОКА
I. Организация класса. Поздравление
II. Подготовка к иностранного вещания
Фонетическая и речевая зарядка.
III. Основная часть урока
a) Упражнения по активизации употребления новых лексических единиц
Wake, messenger, godmother, hop in, treat, платья, stepmother, rags.
b) Выполнение грамматических упражнений. Present Continuous for future actions
I am going to repair it tomorrow.
She is going to get some bread from the shop.
It's going to rain.
They are going to call the fire-brigade.
We are going to be late
Are you playing tennis tomorrow?
Yes, but George isn't playing. He has hurt his finger.
Ann is coming tomorrow
Oh, is she? What time is she arriving?
At 10.15.
Are you meeting her at the station?
I can't. I am working tomorrow morning.
c) Answer the following questions.
Who did the girl live with?
What did she have to do about the house?
Whose letter did bring the messenger?
Who was giving the ball that night?
What did her stepmother order the girl to do?
Why did the girl run into the garden?
What did her fairy godmother do?
What did the girl promise?
Did the Prince fall in love with any of the girls? Why?
Where did they go after the dances?
How did Cinderella lose one of her glass slippers?
Whom did the duke in search the entire kingdom?
What didn't the stepmother want to do?
Why did the slipper fit Cinderella's foot perfectly?
How did Cinderella's dream come true?
d) Retell the story
Retell the story as if you were Cinderella / the Prince / the duke / the stepmother / the stepsisters? Retell the episode that you like most. Explain why you have chosen that episode. Make up sentences with Present Continuous for future actions structures.
