УРОК 76

Тема. Родители и дети. Права и обязанности

 

Цель:

· формировать навыки аудирования и письменной речи по теме;

· научить учащихся самостоятельному выполнению проблемных заданий, правильного выбора коммуникативных задач разного уровня сложности;

· воспитывать положительное отношение к обучению;

· развивать языковую догадку, логичность высказывания, навыки анализа и самоанализа.

ХОД УРОКА

I. Организация класса. Поздравление

 

II. Подготовка к иностранного вещания

Фонетическая и речевая зарядка.

 

III. Основная часть урока

a) Проверка выполнения домашнего задания.

“My household duties”

b) Упр. 4, с. 122 - listen (tapescript 46, p. 198) and say if the statements are true or false.

+ Diana was late.

+ Steve dislikes doing the washing-up after breakfast.

+ Steve doesn't like with his parents.

- Diana doesn't mind helping her mother about the house.

+ Diana's mother stays at home on weekends.

+ Diana doesn't have time for any thing.

- Diana thought she had lost tickets for the concert.

f) Read the information and comment on it. Should you smack children?

I don't mind a quick slap with the hand but when Dad used his bell it's no joke!

I will use the cane or a slipper on girls if they fail to do their homework.

My husband and I disagree about smacking. He is against it, he's not at home with the children all day.

If you find you are in danger of losing control with your child, you should leave the room. A smack should be given in anger but not in fury - that's the distinction. Why?

67 % of 4-year-alds in the UK are smacked because they disobey rules.

38 % because they tell lies.

58 % because they hit their mother.
